The MNH Solution TV app is a media player only. It does not collect, sell, or share any personal data. All credentials you enter (M3U URLs, Xtream Codes logins) are stored exclusively on your own device and are never transmitted to us.

MNH Solution TV (“the App”) is an IPTV media player application developed and published by MNHSOLUTION (“we”, “us”, “our”). The App is available on Google Play for Android devices.

2. What Data We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. We do not operate any backend service that receives data from the App.

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us or any third party:

  • M3U playlist URLs you manually add
  • Xtream Codes server URL, username, and password
  • EPG (Electronic Program Guide) source URLs
  • Your favourited channels and watchlist
  • App settings and preferences (theme, language, player settings)

3. Permissions We Request

The App requests only the permissions necessary for its core functionality:

INTERNET To load your M3U playlist and stream channels from your provider’s server
FOREGROUND_SERVICE To keep playback running in the background and support Picture-in-Picture mode
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED Optional โ€” to restore the last playlist on device restart

No permission is used for tracking, advertising, or data collection purposes.

4. Third-Party Stream Providers

When you play a stream, your device connects directly to the stream server URL provided by your IPTV subscription. This connection is between your device and that server โ€” we are not involved and have no access to it.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party stream providers. Please review the privacy policy of your IPTV subscription provider separately.

5. Analytics & Advertising

The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking libraries of any kind. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any equivalent service within the App.

6. Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with any third party. There is no data to share โ€” we do not receive any data from the App in the first place.

7. Data Security

All data stored by the App remains on your local device within Android’s standard app sandbox. Your Xtream Codes credentials are stored in the app’s private storage, which is not accessible to other apps on your device.

All network requests made by the App use HTTPS where supported by your stream provider.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately at the address below.

9. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or store any personal data on our end, there is nothing to access, modify, or delete from our systems. All locally stored data (playlists, credentials, preferences) can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data through your Android device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
